June 12, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades continue falling in Monday’s trading after decline following the past week.

The price of August Brent crude futures on the London ICE Futures Exchange decreased by $0.90 (1.20%) to $73.89 per barrel by 09:20 am. Following the trading on June 9, Brent crude futures for August fell by $1.17 (1.54%) to $74.79 per barrel.

The price of WTI oil futures for July on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:20 am declined by $0.84 (1.20%) to $69.33 per barrel. Following the trading on June 9, the price of July WTI oil futures dropped by $1.12 (1.57%) to $70.17 per barrel.

Over the past week, Brent crude oil fell by 1.76% and WTI by 2.19%.
