May 19, Fineko/abc.az. The main oil pipelines in Azerbaijan carried 12.8 million tons of oil for Jan-Apr 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that 76.4% of transportation was carried out through main export oil pipeline Baku–Tbilisi–Ceyhan (BTC), through which 9.8 million tons of oil were transported.

84.8% or 8.315 million tons of oil carried via the BTC pipeline was oil produced in Azerbaijan, and 15.2% or 1.486 million tons accounted for oil from Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan.
