Cost of oil grows, and Brent is at $73.16 a barrel

May 5, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades are increasing in Friday’s trading.

The price of July Brent crude futures on the London ICE Futures exchange rose by $0.66 (0.91%) to $73.16 per barrel by 09:20 am. Following the trading on May 4, Brent crude futures for July grew by $0.17 (0.24%) to $72.50 per barrel.

The price of WTI crude oil futures for June on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) by 09:20 am increased by $0.59 (0.86%) to $69.15 per barrel. Following the trading on May 4, the price of June WTI oil futures fell by $0.04 (0.06%) to $68.56 per barrel.
