May 1, Fineko/abc.az. Entrepreneurs and companies that have accounts in foreign banks for entrepreneurial purposes should report about this to the State Tax Service.

ABC.AZ reports that Economy Ministry’s board resolution from 14 March the Board approved three documents – an information form.

The approval of new documents relates to changes in the Tax Code. For example, according to the amendment to Article 35.1 of the Code, companies will no longer have to collect documents to open a bank account. As a result, the bank will provide information about this to the tax service.

The parts of the decision concerning these documents will come into force on October 1, 2023.
