April 28, Fineko/abc.az. In the 1st quarter of this year, 129,751 ownership rights to real estate were registered in Azerbaijan (76.9% more against Q1 of 2022), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Service of Property Issues.

Of the 3-month indicator, 22,223 (17.1%) accounted for initial registration, and 107,528 (82.9%) for re-registration. Compared with Jan-Mar 2022, primary registration increased by 23.6% and repeat registration by 94.2%.

Of the property for which ownership rights are being registered, 11,458 private residential and country houses, 22,451 apartments, 93,097 land plots, 753 non-residential buildings, 1,797 non-residential premises, 163 property complexes and 32 multi-storey residential buildings. Of the real estate objects registered in the state, 22,323 are in the city of Baku, the rest are in the regions.
