April 28, Fineko/abc.az. Milla Dairy LLC (TIN - 1300995031), as a result of reorganization and separation from its composition, announced the creation of Novex Group LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that some time ago, one of the leading producers of dairy products in Azerbaijan, AZ FP CO LTD LLC, changed its name to Milla Dairy LLC.

AZ FP CO LTD has been bringing its products to the market under the Milla brand for many years. The company received state registration in 2006. Last year, company’s authorized capital amounted to AZN 41.1 million. Currently, its authorized capital has been increased more than 4-fold and brought to AZN 181.7 million.

At the time of opening of AZ FP CO LTD, the company was headed by a businessman of Iranian origin, Manuchehr Ahadpour Hangyah. Currently, he manages dozens of companies located at 21 Hagverdiyev Street, Yasamal district. The name of Manuchehr has long appeared in the press together with Gilan Holding, headed by family members of Emergency Situations Minister Kamaleddin Heydarov.
