April 25, Fineko/abc.az. The number of active entrepreneurs in the country grows and currently exceeds 720,000.

ABC.AZ reports that Deputy Economy Minister Sahib Alakbarov at conference on the theme "Heydar Aliyev & Entrepreneurship Development in Azerbaijan" organized by the Ministry of Economy, KOBIA and ASK.

“Since the vast majority of them are small and medium-sized businesses, the provision of state support for development of entrepreneurs from this category is constantly in the focus of attention of the Agency for the Development of Small & Medium-Sized Businesses and other governmental agencies,” Alakbarov said.
