April 17, Fineko/abc.az. In 2023, hazelnuts exported by Azerbaijan abroad fell sharply in price.

So, in the first 3 months of 2023, Azerbaijan exported 7,823 tons of nuts abroad for $38.348 million, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Customs Committee. The export price of 1 ton of nuts was $4,901 ($830 cheaper than last year's price).

Thus, for Jan-Mar 2022 our country exported 7,037 tons of hazelnuts for $40.3 million. Last year, the export price of 1 ton of hazelnuts was $5,731.
