April 13, Fineko/abc.az. Through an investment competition, about AZN 16 million were invested in the privatized enterprise, and about 90 new jobs created.

The Yenikend sturgeon breeding farm of Azerbaijan Fish Farm LLC, located in Neftchala district, privatized through an investment tender (the former Kurinsky production & experimental plant for breeding sturgeons named after Sh.G. Kerimov), a media tour was organized.

ABC.AZ reports that at the event organized by the State Service for Property Issues (under the Ministry of Economy), information was presented about the history of the enterprise, the production process, the installed new equipment and the technology used.

The winner of the investment competition announced by Kura Production & Experimental Plant for breeding sturgeon named after Sh.G.Kerimov has undertaken a number of obligations to Azerbaijan Fish Farm LLC and has already completed their implementation in accordance with the procedure established by the contract of sale.

So far, about AZN 16 million have been invested in the company, about 90 new jobs created, and the total number of employees brought to 115. The manufactured products are not only sold on the domestic market, but also exported to foreign countries.
