April 5, Fineko/abc.az. Tesla company is to pay $3.175 milion to a former employee.

ABC.AZ reports that electric car maker Tesla was sentenced to pay nearly $3.2 million to a former black employee who won a "racist" lawsuit against the company.

On April 4, the court found that Owen Diaz, who worked as an elevator operator at a factory in Fremont, California, between 2015 and 2016, had been mistreated.

Diaz was paid $3.175 million in compensation for moral damage.
