April 3, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of benchmark grades show active growth in Monday’s trading the rise last week.

The price of June Brent crude futures at the London ICE Futures Exchange increased by $3.86 (4.83%) to $83.75 per barrel by 09:22 am. Following the trading on 31 March, Brent crude futures for June rose by $1.29 (1.64%) to $79.89 per barrel.

By 09:22 am, the price of WTI oil futures for May on the electronic trading of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) soared by $3.70 (4.89%), to $79.37 per barrel. Following the trading on 31 March, the price of May WTI oil futures grew by $1.30 (1.75%) to $75.67 per barrel.

Following the past week, Brent crude oil rose by 7.11% and WTI oil by 9.25%. At the end of March 2023, Brent crude oil fell by 3.55% WTI oil - by 1.97%.
