Industrial production in eurozone has increased

March 15, Fineko/abc.az. Industrial production in the eurozone increased by 0.7% in January compared to the previous month. The expected growth was 0.3%.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to Bloomberg that industrial production in the 19-member eurozone grew by 0.7% in January compared to December and by 0.9% compared to January 2022.

The highest monthly growth in industrial production among the European Union countries in January was recorded in Ireland with 9.3%, Sweden with 5% and Romania with 2%. The largest decrease was observed in Denmark with 7.1%, Hungary with 5% and the Netherlands with 4.3%.
