March 15, Fineko/abc.az. In Azerbaijan, construction facilities built before May 1, 2023, which were not erected in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning & Construction Code, but received a conclusion on compliance with the requirements of reliability and safety, will be allowed to operate.

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the draft amendments to the Law on Approval, Entry into Force and Legal Regulation of the Urban Planning & Construction Code.

According to the document, the customer will have to pay for services related to obtaining a permit for the operation of construction facilities.
