March 15, Fineko/abc.az. Monte Investments LLC (TIN 1806042091) announced a reduction in the authorized capital from 12.34 million euro (22.8 million manats) to 10 manats.

ABC.AZ reports that at the same time, company's announcement does not indicate the reason for such a significant decrease in the authorized capital.

Monte Investments will accept claims from creditors within 30 days at the address: Baku, November 8 Avenue, Azure Business Center, Floor 15, Office 98.

Monte Investments LLC was registered by tax authorities of Azerbaijan on October 14, 2022. Its official representative is Russian citizen Olga Khokhlova.

At that, the Tax Service does not specify what type of activity the company is engaged in.
