March 10, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has amended the resolution from 10 January 2020 “On approval of the fee for Territorial Construction & Planning Center’s services”.

ABC.AZ reports that the amendment sets the amounts of fee for Center’s services in the administrative territories of cities and districts of the Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur economic regions.

In cases where the amount of the fee for connecting to the supply network in connection with the highways for the road and engineering-communication support system in the administrative territory of Baku is determined by the Azerbaijani Cabinet Ministers, a fee of 50% (no more than 165.0 manats) is applied, in other cases with a highway length of up to 200 m - 300 manats, with length of more than 200 m - 300 manats + 0.8 manats (no more than 3,000.0 manats) for each meter over 200 m.

Fees for services in these amounts will also be charged in the administrative districts of cities and districts of the Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur economic districts.
