February 28, Fineko/abc.az. Elon Musk, who heads Tesla and SpaceX and owns Twitter, once again topped the ranking of the richest people on the planet.

ABC.AZ reports that according to Bloomberg, Musk's fortune is estimated at $187.1 billion.

Musk regained the title of the richest man on the planet, overtaking the president of group of companies LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy) of Bernard Arnault, whose fortune totals $185.3 billion.

Bloomberg reports that Musk's assets have increased due to an increase in the share prices of his company Tesla by almost 70%.

The increase in demand for electric cars of the company after the decline in prices for them also contributed to the growth of the billionaire's fortune.
