February 24, Fineko/abc.az. The UK announced new sanctions against Russia that affected 92 individuals and legal entities.

ABC.AZ reports that MTS-Bank, Bank ‘Saint Petersburg’, UralSib and Zenit were sanctioned.

The sanctions also hit the heads of Rosatom, as well as the heads of the two largest Russian defense companies Rostec and Almaz-Antey.

The sanctions lists also included the manufacturer of radar equipment for the Izumrud ships, the Sokol aircraft factory, the Elekon and Zvezda plants, as well as the Rembaza and Lomo companies and the All-Russian Research Institute of Experimental Physics.

The UK has also imposed a ban on the export of aircraft parts, radio equipment and electronic kits that can be used in military production, including drones. The ban will also include the import of 140 iron and steel products, including those that have been processed in third countries.
