ABC.AZ reports that the company announced reorganization as a result of the separation of Alçı-Zavod-75 LLC from its composition.

Gəmiqaya Avtonəqliyyat LLC was established last December. Its authorized capital is 18,235,651 manats, and its legal representative is Vugar Mammadov.

The holding with its headquarters in Nakhchivan was founded in December 2008. Currently, Gəmiqaya Avtonəqliyyat, which unites 14 companies, operates in the construction, industrial, food, trade and agricultural sectors of Azerbaijan and other countries.
