February 23, Fineko/abc.az. Hayat Farm LLC, created jointly by Azerbaijan and Russia, increases the authorized capital.

ABC.AZ reports that Hayat Farm LLC announces that the authorized capital has been increased by AZN 14.1 million up to AZN 14.816 million.

Hayat Farm LLC is a joint venture established by private company Vita-A (Republic of Azerbaijan) and group of companies R-Farm (Russian Federation) with a 45 percent stake.
