February 22, Fineko/abc.az. The Toyota carmaker intends to fully agree with the demands of local trade unions and make the biggest salary increase for its employees in the last 20 years.

ABC.AZ reports that for the third year in a row Toyota fully agrees with the conditions put forward by the unions, but this increase in wages and annual bonuses will be the highest in the last 20 years.

At the moment, the exact salary increase grid for different categories of employees is not disclosed, but the maximum increase will be 9,370 yens ($70), and the annual bonus will be 6.7 monthly salary.
