February 21, Fineko/abc.az. The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy has developed a new mechanism for returning overpaid amounts of taxpayers to the State Budget.
The amounts of overpayment to taxpayers engaged in export activities will be returned flexibly, without the use of control measures.
ABC.AZ was informed about this at the State Tax Service (under the Ministry of Economy).
The new mechanism will initially cover taxpayers engaged in export activities, and at later stages will be extended to other taxpayers.
The return of overpaid amounts in a flexible manner will create conditions for increasing the liquidity of financial resources of entrepreneurs engaged in export activities, and will also allow them to avoid losing time on administrative work.
