January 9, Fineko/abc.az. Exports of agricultural and agro-industrial products from Azerbaijan in 2022 amounted to $912.4 million (11.8% more than in 2021), ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms & Communications.
Of the total volume, $717.6 million (+6.7%) accounted for exports of agricultural products and $194.8 million (+35.4%) for agro-industrial products.
93% of farm product exports accounted for vegetables and fruits.
Nonoil exports from Azerbaijan by the end of 2022 amounted to a record of $2.99 bn (10.3% more than in 2021).
The Ministry of Economy estimates that by 2027 the volume of non-oil exports will increase to $5 bn.
