January 6, Fineko/abc.az. Company 8-ci km Ticaret Merkezi has been transformed from a joint stock company into an LLC.

ABC.AZ reports that in accord with the decision of the shareholders’ general meeting on 30 November 2022, 8-ci km Ticaret Merkezi OJSC announces the reorganization into 8-ci km Ticaret Merkezi LLC.

"Creditors must report their claims within two months at address: Baku, Nizami district, 38 K, J.Nakhchivan Str.," the company said.

The legal representative of 8-ci km Ticaret Merkezi with authorized capital of AZN 1.3 million is Rufat Mammadov.
