November 18, Fineko/abc.az. Russian company Gazprom resumed gas supplies (exports) to Azerbaijan in accord with a new agreement with SOCAR, ABC.AZ reports with reference to Gazprom.

"Russian gas supplies to Azerbaijan began on 15 November under a new gas purchase & sale agreement. The document was signed between Gazprom Export LLC and SOCAR. Deliveries will be carried out until March 2023. The volume of supplies is up to 1 bn cu m of gas," Gazprom says.

Azerbaijan suspended the import of Russian fuel after the launch of Shah Deniz Project 2 in 2019.
