September 5, Fineko/abc.az. "A week after the start of school classes, Baku residents will witness unprecedented traffic jams on the roads of the capital," ABC.AZ reports, citing transport expert and lawyer Rashad Huseynov.

The expert names a number of contributing reasons. He stressed that passenger transportation by buses, which form the basis of the capital's public transport, is experiencing a very serious economic, technical and organizational crisis.

"If it continues like this, and without state intervention, the collapse of the transport sector is not far off," the expert believes.
