May 23, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijani president has endorsed the Regulation on the State Maritime Agency.

In compliance with the presidential decree on the occasion, the Agency will operate under the Ministry of Transport, Communications & High Technology and will be the body of executive power. The newly-created agency will be located in Baku and will undertake regulation and supervision in the field of maritime transport.
