May 10, Fineko/abc.az. The Bill on Labor Pensions, which passed the 2nd reading, is aimed at improving the welfare of pensioners, creating additional opportunities," ABC.AZ reports with reference to State Social Protection Fund’s chairman of board Gimalay Mamishov.
He added that there are some benefits under Article 9, as well as mitigating conditions under Article 8:
"Benefits will be applied to persons adopting children with disabilities, benefits are provided for guardians receiving a labor pension."
Gimalay Mamishov said that benefits are provided for persons receiving survivor's pension:
"If persons receiving survivor's pension choose a different type of pension, the total pension will be divided among other family members. In addition, if other family members are entitled to social benefits, and this amount exceeds their pension, they will be able to choose the benefit."
