He noted that the demographic situation in Azerbaijan has changed: "The number of families with five or more children has decreased. We must reconsider the concept of a large family."

The MP stressed that the retirement age has remained almost unchanged for the past 30 years: "Over the past 30 years the life expectancy has increased by 2 years. In Azerbaijan, the retirement age for men should be 63 years and for women – 60 years."
