May 5, Fineko/abc.az. Costs of the ACG block development project decreased by 12.6% to $529 million against Q1 of 2021.
Of this amount, operating expenses amounted to $133 million and capital expenses - $396 million.
ABC.AZ informs with reference to BP's quarterly report that stable ACG production continued safely and reliably during the first 3 months of 2022.
At that, an average of 25,000 b/d of oil was extracted from the Chirag platform (30,000 b/d in the 1st quarter of 2021), Central Azeri – 106,000 b/d (112,000 b/d), Western Azeri – 112,000 b/d (130,000 b/d), Eastern Azeri – 70,000 b/d (79,000 b/d), Deepwater Guneshli – 79,000 b/d (89,000 b/d), Western Chirag – 42,000 b/d (44,000 b/d).
At the end of the quarter, a total of 137 oil producer wells, 37 water injection wells and 8 gas injection wells were in operation at ACG.
