April 29, Fineko/abc.az. The Entrepreneurship Development Fund under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan completed 2021 with net profit of AZN 17.68 million.

ABC.AZ reports that following 2020, the EDF had net loss of AZN 32.229 million.

The Fund's report says about accumulated loss decline by 9.1% to AZN 175.8 million.

In 2021, EDF’s operating income totaled AZN 14.139 million (39.9% more versus 2020), operating expenses AZN 6.086 million (21.4% more), income at the expense of the reduction of probable losses on loans AZN 10.435 million (a loss in 2020), income tax payments AZN 805,000 (3.6-fold more).

As of 1 January 2022, EDF’s assets amounted to AZN 842.108 million (3% more than a year earlier).

Fund’s liabilities grew 2.9-fold to AZN 16.986 million, and the balance sheet capital by 0.8% to AZN 825.1 million.
