April 11, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the "Procedure for the use of finances raised by the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection of Azerbaijan from the purchase & sale of apartments".

ABC.AZ reports that according to the decree, the Cabinet Ministers is instructed, in accordance with Paragraph 2.16 of the Procedure for the use of finances received by the MLSP from the purchase & sale of apartments", approved by Part 1 of this decree, after coordination with the President of Azerbaijan, to approve the procedure for the sale of apartments at auction within three months and resolve other issues, arising from this decree.
