February 9, Fineko/abc.az. The rise in the price of housing in Baku also affects the cost of expensive housing.

ABC.AZ informs that according to valuation company VECON CONSULTING, over the past 2 years prices have increased in most of the 10 residential complexes in Baku with the most expensive apartments. Speech is about residential complexes, the cost per sq m which starts from 4,000 manats.

The largest price increase during this period was recorded in two popular complexes in Narimanov district of Baku - Roseville (price increase by 27%) and Sheher Baglari (23.3%), as well as in the Azure Residence complex on 8 November Avenue (23%). And in one complex – Gumush Residence - prices have decreased by 10% over the past two years.

Currently, the residential complex with the most expensive apartments in Baku is located in the Hilton hotel, located in the city center, part of the hotel is used as a residence, that is, these are residential apartments. Prices here start from 7,000 manats per 1 sq m. The next place in terms of price growth is occupied by residential complex Port of Baku – 6,000 manatz. In the residential complex Azinko (Ferrari) on Uzeyir Hajibeyov Street and Azure Residence, prices start from 4,000 manats.

The complex where housing prices are the lowest in the list is Tac Residence. In the complex on Zarifa Alieva Street, prices start from 3,700 manats per sq m.
