December 21, Fineko/abc.az. Education Minister Emin Amrullayev held a briefing on yesterday-signed president's orders on education.

ABC.AZ reports that the minister explained that the creation of district departments does not mean the abolition of district and city departments of education:

"In each district there will be institutions that manage education. They will work under the regional administrations. The regional authorities will have positive impact both on the timely consideration of citizens' appeals and on the solution of local issues."
