December 16, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA LLC has signed a contract for AZN 14 million with construction firms Hunar and Conco CJSC.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the contract concluded with Hunar, 9-storey 1-block residential buildings and a 1-storey non-residential building with numbers 7, 8 and 9 will be built. The cost of the contract is AZN 6.806 million.

"The contract with Conco envisages the construction of 9-storey 1-block residential buildings and a 1-storey non-residential building with numbers 4, 5 and 6. The contract cost is AZN 6.645 million.

The buildings are being constructed on the 2-hectare land plot in Sumgait, northeast of the city stadium named after M.Huseynzade.
