November 3, Fineko/abc.az. It is proposed to exempt from taxation the transfer of agricultural machinery to leasing (lease) to agricultural producers on the condition that ownership rights are not transferred. 

ABC.AZ informs that this is stated in the proposed draft amendment to the Tax Code. In addition, the provision of agro-technical services to agricultural producers is also exempt from tax.
