November 1, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan establishes a state duty for issuance of a permit for the operation of a construction facility. 

ABC.AZ informs that it is proposed in the amendment to the Law on State Duty discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry & Entrepreneurship. The amendment offers to charge the state duty of 60 manats for permit for the operation of a construction facility. Until now this issue has been regulated by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, and no state duty has been charged.
