October 7, Fineko/abc. az. The Ministry of Emergency Situations has concluded a contract with the Joint Department of Facilities under Construction of the Litosfer LLC State Agency for Construction Safety Control.

ABC.AZ reports that the contract envisages the construction of a 5-storey (+technical floor), 40-apartment residential building with two exits in Mingachevir.

The contract value is 2,504,075 manats.
