May 24, Fineko/abc.az. Well-known US company Freedom Holding Corp, rendering financial services, is planning to operate in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy has registered its subsidiary - Freedom Finance Azerbaijan LLC.

The company has an authorized capital of AZN 152,000. The director of the company is Vusal Mammadov. Through its subsidiaries in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Germany and Northern Cyprus the holding provides financial services, retail intermediary operations, investment advice, securities trading, investment banking and underwriting services.
