Aqroservice shareholders to amend company’s charter at a meeting in May

March 18, Fineko/abc.az. Aqroservis, a company of the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan, is to conduct a regular general meeting of shareholders.

ABC.AZ reports that the meeting to be held at 3 pm on 3 May will consider the amendments to the charter of the joint-stock company and other matters.
