ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by Russian President Vladimir Putin, when speaking today at the annual press conference.

"I repeat once again, Armenia itself did not recognize the independence of Nagorno-Karabakh. In this sense, bearing in mind this circumstance, Nagorno-Karabakh itself is also Azerbaijan from angle of international law," Putin stressed.
