December 4, Fineko/abc.az. Presidential aide Hikmet Hajiyev has published a post about the martyrs.

ABC.AZ reports that Hajiyev, posting an image of ‘Hari Bulbul’ - the symbol of Shusha on his Twitter page, said: "2,783. Martyrs don't die! We bow before your souls! May Allah have mercy on your souls!”
