December 3, Fineko/abc.az. Armenia has agreed to the process of returning prisoners and hostages without any conditions, ABC.AZ reports citing Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Tigran Avinyan.

The deputy PM noted that along with this, new mechanisms can be created for the return of prisoners.
