November 20, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev said in his address to the people that the city of Aghdam will be restored.

ABC.AZ, a master plan will be prepared in this regard.

He noted that specialists will be involved and planned work will be carried out.

"Citizens will be assisted in returning to Aghdam. Financing has been allocated from the Presidential Reserve Fund for construction of a road from Fuzuli to Shusha, and additional funds will be allocated next year. I gave instructions to attract several companies to lay the road quickly," the president said.
