Russian reps left for Ankara to discuss situation in Karabakh

November 13, Fineko/abc.az. A Russian delegation of 20 people went to Turkey to discuss the powers of the parties in Karabakh.

ABC.AZ reports that upon arrival in Ankara the delegates will go to the Ministry of National Defence and hold a meeting.

Within the agreement the sides will discuss the deployment of the parties, the number of peacekeepers and their activities.
