ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by President, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with servicemen who were injured during the fighting in Karabakh.

The head of state noted that these images are now being distributed, and everyone can see it in the press.

"This is an atrocity, vandalism, a war crime. The enemy has committed a war crime, and instructions have already been given to calculate the damage caused and ensure that it is accounted for. Groups have already been mobilized and international experts will be invited. With the participation of international experts, the material and moral damage from all the destruction will be calculated, and we will individually and in an organized manner refer the enemy to international courts, they will pay compensation and answer for their despicable actions,” President Aliyev said.
