Enemy again targets civilians in three regions

November 7, Fineko/abc.az.  Armenian armed forces are shelling the villages of Tartar, Agdam, and Agjabadi districts.

ABC.AZ says, citing the Defense Ministry, Azerbaijani Army units are taking retaliatory measures against the enemy.
