November 4, Fineko/abc.az. When the Azerbaijani troops entered Fizuli, they could not find a single surviving building to plant the flag, ABC.AZ reports citing Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev as saying this in an interview for UK news agency Reuters.

"Our servicemen did not find a place to plant the flag there as there was not a single surviving building. From the big city of Fizuli, as it was during the Soviet era, the city was razed to the ground. The only undisturbed building in Zangilan was a school for children of military personnel," the prosecutor general said.
