November 3, Fineko/abc.az. The information spread by the Armenian media that the Azerbaijan Army allegedly fired at the civilians again in the Shusha and Khojavend cities this morning is false, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence.

"We reiterate that the Azerbaijan Army does not open fire at the civilians and non-military infrastructure,” the Ministry says in the statement.
