November 3, Fineko/abc.az. The Armenian side is using phosphorous weapons in the battles.

ABC.AZ reports that Assistant to the President Hikmet Hajiyev shared a footage on his Twitter page, showing the defusing of a phosphorus bomb dropped by the Armenian armed forces in Fizuli district on 8 October.

"Armenia, which is actively dropping phosphorus bombs on civilian objects in Azerbaijan, uses the tactic of shifting its guilt to the opposite side and evading responsibility," Hajiyev emphasized.
