November 2, Fineko/abc.az. The situation in the occupied territories is deplorable. All our historical and religious monuments have been destroyed and desecrated, ABC.AZ reports citing President Ilham Aliyev as saying this, when receiving Secretary General of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States Bagdad Amreyev and the delegation he leads.

According to the information I was provided this morning, more than 200 shells were dropped in our towns and villages starting from 6 am – now five minutes to 9 am. During this month, 91 civilians were killed, including 10 children, 404 civilians injured, and more than 2,000 homes destroyed as a result of the shelling of the vile enemy. Armenia uses prohibited weapons to kill as many people as possible. And we take our revenge on the battlefield. I’ve repeatedly stated this, said that we’ll take revenge on the battlefield, and we’re taking revenge. We’re chasing the enemy and will drive it to the end," President Aliyev said.
